We offer FREE standard delivery on all Australian orders! Your order will be sent with Australia Post in a standard parcel post satchel. Standard post means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 2-7 days after receiving your dispatch notification, which will include your tracking number. Please note that deliveries to the eastern states take an average of 4-7 business days as orders are shipped from Perth.
You also have the option of Express Post delivery with Australia Post for a flat rate of $10 aud. Express post means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-3 days after receiving your dispatch notification.
All orders received before 3pm WST will be processed and shipped the same day, while afternoon orders will be processed the following morning. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
Once your parcels have left Amāre they are then property of Australia Post. Amāre are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact amy@amarethelabel.com.au if you experience any delays.
PICKUP IN STORE
You have the option of picking up your online purchase from our stockist ACO in Cottesloe, Western Australia. Please complete your pickup requirements (name and contact details of the person collecting) in the field provided in your cart prior to check out.
Please note that our returns and exchange policy commences at time of purchase not on the date of pick up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We also offer standard delivery on all international orders for $20 aud. This can take approximately 5-20 business days, however we also offer an Australia Post Express International shipping option for $30 aud for our international customers. This will take approximately 2-5 working days depending on your location. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact amy@amarethelabel.com.au if you experience any delays.

Please note all prices on the Amāre website are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Amāre are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for delivering orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at amy@amarethelabel.com.au. We can then provide to you the tracking number.

Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves Perth and then again when it reaches your nearest post office (generally the day it is delivered to you), therefore if the only entry says Perth, that means it is in transit to you.
RETURN POLICY
We understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months) on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:
– Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery.
– Garment/s should be returned new, unused and with the Amare swing tag still attached.
Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged and all sale item sales are final.
Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.
Please note, no returns on flash sales, sale collection or accessories.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.
Please note; if you damage a garment (e.g. after wearing it a button falls off or the zip breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange/credit notes.

On receipt, we will assess the item to determine whether it’s fit for return, and then notify you of your store credit or exchange.
FAULTY RETURNS
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact amy@amarethelabel.com.au and we will try and resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
