Discover Mallorca through Amy’s lens: a 3 day itinerary of her handpicked island favourites.

    Day 1

    STAY:   Can Cera Hotel, Palma
'A former residence that has been converted into a charming boutique hotel located in the Old Town.'

DAY:   Tour of the Old Town
'I recommend either a small group or a private one through withlocals.com.'

    DRINKS:   Bar Abaco
'Hidden behind unassuming wooden doors in Palma’s historic La Lonja quarter, Bar Ábaco welcomes you into a 17th‑18th century mansion, preserved with aristocratic flair and lush décor L It’s an architectural time capsule—think soaring ceilings, grand staircases, and antique furnishings that echo the grandeur of a bygone era.'

    NIGHT:   Spot
'Spanish/Asian fusion restaurant and local hot spot.'

    Day 2

DAY:  Drive from Palma to Deia
'Hire a car and drive to Deia via Valldemossa.  It is one of the most picturesque drives I've ever experienced.  Valldemossa is a picture perfect village, but quite touristy. Deia is charming and more relaxed.'

    STAY: Hotel Hoposa Costa d'Or
'Located 2 minutes drive from Deia and good value.  Incredible location on a cliff and quite quirky - think White Lotus vibes!'.   If you want to step your accommodation up a notch then stay at the Belmond La Residencia.'

    DRINKS:   La Residencia
'One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to.  Enjoy some cocktails on the terrace and take in the breath taking views and stylish surrounds.'

    DINNER:   Nama
'After 10 days in Spain we were ready for a change of cuisine and we loved this asian fusion restaurant in Deia.'

    Day 3

DAY:  Hike from Deia to Soller
'A picturesque coastal track that runs for 10km from Deia to Soller.  The track is rugged and stoney so wear good walking shoes!'

LUNCH:  Ca's Patro March, Cala Deia
'This is an absolute must for lunch and bookings open up only 10 days before. We spent an hour before lunch swimming and chilling at Cala Deia.  The restaurant is quite exclusive but at the same time very relaxed.'

DINNER:  Sea Club at The Cap Rocat Hotel
'Head back to Palma for the night and spoil yourselves with dinner at the Sea Club at the Cap Rocat Hotel.'

If you have more than 3 days to spend in Mallorca then I highly recommend travelling to Pollenca for 2 nights and staying at the Can Auli Luxury Retreat. We hired bikes (I went electric!) and found it was an fantastic way to explore the region - especially the must-do ride to Cap de Formentor.
