We offer FREE standard delivery on all Australian orders! Your order will be sent with Australia Post in a standard parcel post satchel. Standard post means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 2-7 days after receiving your dispatch notification, which will include your tracking number.
You also have the option of Express Post delivery with Australia Post for a flat rate of $10 aud. Express post means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-3 days after receiving your dispatch notification.
All orders received before 3pm WST will be processed and shipped the same day, while afternoon orders will be processed the following morning. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
Once your parcels have left Amāre they are then property of Australia Post. Amāre are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact email@example.com if you experience any delays.
PICKUP IN STORE
You have the option of picking up your online purchase from our stockist ACO in Cottesloe, Western Australia. Please complete your pickup requirements (name and contact details of the person collecting) in the field provided in your cart prior to check out.
Please note that our returns and exchange policy commences at time of purchase not on the date of pick up.

We also offer standard delivery on all international orders for $20 aud. This can take approximately 5-20 business days, however we also offer an Australia Post Express International shipping option for $30 aud for our international customers. This will take approximately 2-5 working days depending on your location. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any delays.

Please note all prices on the Amāre website are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Amāre are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for delivering orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com. We can then provide to you the tracking number.

Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves Perth and then again when it reaches your nearest post office (generally the day it is delivered to you), therefore if the only entry says Perth, that means it is in transit to you.
