PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, selected Amāre styles are offered on pre-order.  This allows you to secure your preferred piece and size before the collection arrives.

Pre-orders are produced in limited quantities and some sizes may sell out prior to arrival.

HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK
When placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production or in transit.

The estimated dispatch timeframe will be noted on the product page. While we aim to meet these exact timelines, production and shipping schedules can occasionally change.

Once the stock arrives at our warehouse, your order will be dispatched promptly and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

PAYMENT
Payment for pre-order items is processed at the time of purchase in order to reserve your piece.

ORDER COMBINATIONS

If your order includesboth in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the pieces that are in stock immediately and the pre-order will be shipped once it becomes available.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by production schedules, international shipping or customs processing.  

If there are any changes to the expected dispatch timeframe, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

RETURNS
Once delivered, pre-order items are covered by our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
