    Where a product has a minor fault, we may repair or replace it.

    10. GIFT CARDS

    Amāre gift cards:

    • Are issued electronically

    • Are valid for the period stated at purchase

    • Cannot be redeemed for cash

    • Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards

    • Must be used in full or the remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry

    We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift cards.

    If items purchased using a gift card are returned, refunds will be applied back to the original gift card.


    11. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

    We do not guarantee that this website will operate continuously or without interruption. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or updates.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
