When does the Black Friday sale start?
Our Black Friday sale will begin at 7am AWST on Thursday the 13th of November.

Is everything on sale?
Yes - absolutely everything.  No code needed and all sale prices are marked.  Gift cards are the only exclusion.

Where is the sale?
Online at www.amarethelabel.com.au and at our exclusive stockist ACO in Perth.

Will items sell out quickly?
Absolutely!  We are expecting our best sellers to sell out quickly.

Do you restock sold-out items during sale?
No we can't unfortunately.

Will my shopping cart be saved?
Items should remain in your cart, but they won't be reserved until you have placed your order and checked out.

Can I use discount codes during the sale?
Our Black Friday sale cannot be combined with any other offers.

Do you offer gift wrapping during the sale?
Yes, you can request gift wrapping in the notes section in the checkout process.

Are shipping times affected during Black Friday?
No, we will be working overtime to ensure that all orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of orders being placed.

How much is shipping?

For Australian orders over $149:
Standard:  FREE
Express:  $12

For Australian orders under $149:
Standard:  $9
Express:  $12

Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes you can by emailing amy@amarethelabel.com.au with your alternative address.

What is your return policy during sale periods?
Orders placed during our Black Friday Sale are eligible for an exchange or store credit.   If you are buying Christmas gifts during our sale, we have extended our return period.  Any purchases made up until Christmas can be returned until 12 January 2025.

How long do returns take to process?
Returns are processed on the same day that they are returned to us in Perth.

Can I modify my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
